In a Nut Shell Chelsea from Chelsea, landed in the Photography Art Gallery scene in Chelsea NYC where she managed and curated Fine Art Gallery shows of well known photographers such as Martin Schoeller, Erwin Olaf and the VII Agency. She took that fine art photography knowledge over to the agency side where she married her knowledge of both worlds to nurture the creative development of a wide variety of advertising campaigns.

She has extensive knowledge of agents, photographers, illustrators, typographers, videographers, CGI experts, retouchers, and production companies. Her contacts include a plethora of seasoned and emerging artists ready for future productions.

What Does She Do? Translates client wants and needs into industry standard usage •  Remains on the forefront of new artists and trends to help elevate the agency and its brands • Expert negotiator of fees and contracts • Estimates production timelines and budgetary needs • Manages large budgets and stretching challenged budgets • Coordinates casting and talent bookings • Sources stock images and negotiating usage fees • Clears image rights and obtains permission to produce • Visually translates ideas into new business pitches and presentations • Sources new talent with consistently high standards • Oversees art origination/asset output within the agency from a creative development phase through shoot and completion • Works with creative teams from concept through completion of artwork on jobs to ensure creative and brand needs are being met • Contributes to the creative process as needed and offers workable solutions • Sources photographers, videographers, cinematographers, CGI artists, retouchers, illustrators, typographers and out of the box artists • Extensive familiarity of industry talent worldwide: photographers, illustrators, CGI & animation vendors, retouching resources and their corresponding representation • Coordinates photo shoots including on-set supervision • Look and feel development

Where Does She Live and Where Would She Work?
Chelsea is based in NYC but happy to travel for shoots as needed.  She is also open to working on site at agencies not in NYC if the project and timing is right.
