Donna’s  experience includes working at major ad agencies such as Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness, Publicis, CDM, FCB and many small boutique agencies in the USA and London.  She can jump into a project at any stage and has a knack for finding innovative ways to get things done.  Having been freelancing over 15 years, she has great contacts and extensive knowledge of the industry and resources. Her goal is to ensure the work is produced to the highest quality. And of course, making sure the dimes and dollars all work.

What Does She Do?
Sourcing appropriate photographers, illustrators, cgi and digital talent for creative briefs.  Producing photo shoots from negotiation through post production.  This includes estimating jobs – securing usage rights – talent casting and booking – on-set supervision – handling contracts and releases – retouching – clearing rights and permissions – sourcing new talent and maintaining a consistently high standard.

Donna is an art buyer / producer with a difference; she is creative AND can produce. In my experience – over 25 years – I’ve always found there are ‘two’ types of people who do this job – ones that are incredibly good at finding new talent and working creatively to deliver the very best work and the second type who are more process driven – great at working with the budgets and timings and deliverables. It’s unusual to find someone who does both and Donna is one of those.

I had the pleasure of working with her in London at my agency.  We want/expect the very highest quality work and usually in next to no time, sometimes with next to no-money. During her time here one particularly memorable piece of work she worked on won the highest award at D&AD as well as Cannes awards too.
